This month we're excited to announce the launch of Axle support for a new policy type - flood insurance, and we’re highlighting major improvements to the Axle Dashboard experience for our monitoring customers.

Flood Insurance Support

At Axle, our mission is to make insurance data accessible, secure, and instant for every business and consumer. We started with support for Auto, Home, Condo, and Renters insurance policies, helping our partners verify coverage, confirm policy details, and make confident decisions in seconds.

Flood insurance is a natural extension of our existing Home and Condo policy support. While many homeowners and condo associations carry flood protection as part of a broader coverage plan, these policies are often separate from standard homeowners insurance, making them harder to verify, track, and integrate into workflows.

By adding flood policy support, Axle removes the friction of manually confirming this critical coverage type. Now, property managers, lenders, and insurers can access flood policy data instantly just like they can for Auto, Home, Condo, and Renters insurance, ensuring that properties are fully protected and compliant.

New Features for Monitoring Customers

Policy monitoring, the long-term tracking of changes to an insurance policy, is core to our vision for the future of Axle.

While a one-time link provides instant verification and data validation, when we monitor a policy for you, we’ll be able to provide you with updates any time that the policy is modified, giving you confidence that if a long-term customer of yours is always in compliance with your policies, and if they’re not you’ll know. Axle’s policy monitoring can notify you of updates much faster than traditional long term tracking methods.

This month we’re bringing major improvements to the Axle dashboard for our monitoring customers - primarily new views which allow them to clearly check the status of all of their monitored policies and easily filter for customer’s policies where action needs to be taken.
